The prices indicated on the website include shipping costs for shipments to the Netherlands. Shipping costs for the order depend on the delivery location and will be charged to the buyer unless free shipping is available to some locations and clearly advertised and posted.
Shipments within the Netherlands are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Shipments to other countries in the European Union take place within 2 to 5 working days. In both cases, the period starts from confirmation of payment. These times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipments outside the European Union (EU) will be carried out within a period of 2 to 6 working days after confirmation of payment.
The first working day is the day on which the payment confirmation is received by email. If payment confirmation is received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, the delivery time applies from the next working day. The company Moriche Fashion informs you by e-mail that the shipment has been correctly processed by the relevant transport company.
The buyer is responsible for tracking his order and ensuring that the shipping company meets the delivery date agreed with Moriche Fashion.
The company Moriche Fashion is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to the order during the process and/or transport time of the order, the responsibility of which lies with the transport company and at the risk of the buyer.
Return Policy
The consumer can dissolve an agreement relating to the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving reasons by reporting this unambiguously (e-mail) to the entrepreneur and submits the product return the product directly to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging and according to the instructions reported by the trader, the risk and burden of proof lies with the consumer.
